About Amanda Morse

Hello everyone! My name is Amanda Morse. I am a North Idaho native who was born and raised in the Hayden, Idaho. My parents, who also grew up in North Idaho, will often tell stories of how this area used to look when there were only a few paved roads running through it!  After graduating from Lakeland High School, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Id. I went on to teach high school math while also working towards my Master’s degree in Social Work. After completing my Master’s program as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I spent 10 years providing mental health and substance abuse treatment to kids, adults and families, and worked closing with court programs, probation officers, and child protective services. 

 

My husband and I began investing in real estate in 2016 when we purchased a duplex specifically designed for individuals who were unable to find housing elsewhere, mostly due to their legal backgrounds and struggles with mental health and substance abuse. For six years, we were able to provide a safe, sober, and positive living environment for many individuals. Since this first investment purchase, we have bought and sold 15+ rental properties over the years. We currently own three long-term, single- family investment homes and one condo in Coeur d’Alene which we primarily run as an AirBnB. We have a passion for real estate investing, as we see this as one of the best ways to provide a financially stable future for ourselves and our children. 

 

Speaking of children, we have three wonderful, loud, and chaotic boys. They keep us running between sports from tennis, pickleball, and soccer to mountain biking and skiing! We love to support small, local businesses. You can usually find us on a Friday evening having a family dinner at one of our favorite, neighborhood restaurants. We enjoy get aways to Arizona during the winter months and traveling around the Northwest in motorhome during summer break. We love exploring the outdoors and taking advantage of all the amazing attractions at our fingertips.
